In the event of withdrawal from the contract:
• we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except for costs resulting from choosing a more expensive form of delivery),
• the refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the information about the withdrawal,
• we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or confirmation of their shipment.

The user bears the direct costs of returning the goods and is responsible for any reduction in value resulting from improper use.
Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal – we will inform you if an exception applies.

The user bears full responsibility for the content published using the available communication tools (comments, reviews, forums, etc.).
We reserve the right to remove content that violates the law or the Terms and Conditions.
