The manufacturing process forBiturbo RSwheels is a true feat of engineering—various layers of carbon fiber are laid by hand and then cured in an autoclave under high pressure and temperature. It is thanks to this process that these wheels are bothultra-lightweight and exceptionally durable.

I, Max, and my business partner Wiktor have a special connection with the Bike Ahead brand. During my engineering studies, I had the opportunity to spend five weeks at their factory in Oberdürbach, Bavaria.
