Description
This brake rotor is an evolution of the X-Rotor SteelCarbon 2 model, which has gained widespread acclaim among MTB and road cycling enthusiasts since its debut in 2015.
It is designed for installation on Center Lock hubs and offers direct and efficient compatibility.
This is an ultra-lightweight, semi-floating brake rotor with a steel braking surface, a carbon fiber body, an Al7075 Center Lock adapter, a laser-engraved titanium protective plate, and mounting rivets.
The brake rotors now feature a profile with CNC-machined rounded edges, which increases safety and complies with Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) regulations.
The special 1.8 mm thick steel track has been redesigned to improve braking performance, enhance heat dissipation, and ensure more even pad wear.
The rivets and washers are made of Grade 5 titanium and represent a technologically advanced solution, consistent with previous versions, ensuring high lightness, strength, and reliability.
It features an ultra-low-profile locking ring that ensures broad compatibility with hubs equipped with 12, 15, or 20 mm thru-axles.
Not compatible with Campagnolo and Fulcrum AFS systems.
