SRM PowerMeter 9 – the new generation
SRM Spider power meters mark the beginning of mobile power measurement. Since 1986, SRM has continuously developed its products to meet ever-increasing demands for technology, accuracy, and reliability. For this reason, SRM power meters are considered the gold standard in power-based training.
The ninth generation (PM9) is the most advanced SRM power meter ever. Its proven design has been enhanced with modern features that make the device easier to use, even more accurate, more durable, and better connected.
By combining angle and torque measurement, the PM9 offers higher accuracy at very low cadences, and the use of oval discs does not affect the recorded data. The integrated temperature sensor ensures maximum precision under varying conditions.
The user has access to data such as left/right leg balance (L/R) and overall pedaling fluidity. The use of 8 strain gauges and 16 measurement points ensures the highest measurement accuracy in the industry.
Connectivity and Support
The PowerMeter 9 offers a number of user-friendly improvements, including cadence measurement without the need for a magnet.
