To ensure the rear and front derailleurs are as compact and aerodynamic as possible, these components are connected to the internal BT-DN300 battery via an E-Tube cable.

Ultegra Di2 ST-R8170 Shift Lever and BR-R8170 Flat Mount Brake Set

One press of a button—and the gears shift quickly and precisely. The precise actuation point of the shift levers ensures that gear changes are made only intentionally. The wireless chip features low power consumption—the CR1632 battery lasts over 1.5 years. The system is fully configurable in the Shimano E-Tube app, allowing you to set shift speed, choose between full or semi-synchronous shifting modes, and assign functions to the shifter buttons.

SERVO WAVE technology ensures optimal modulation and braking power in every situation. Ergonomics have been significantly improved—better-contoured finger grooves and rounded levers provide a secure grip even on long descents. Grip width can be individually adjusted. The new BR-R8170 caliper offers unmatched control, optimized modulation, and exceptional braking power, with minimal friction and quieter operation.

FC-R8100 2x Crankset

The Ultegra FC-R8100 crankset not only transfers pedaling power to the drivetrain, but its high rigidity also ensures fast and precise shifting. The optimized chainrings enhance shifting accuracy. Shimano uses the proven Hollowtech II design to keep the weight low.

RD-R8150 Di2 Shadow+ Rear Derailleur

The compact Ultegra 8150 rear derailleur offers fast and precise shifting even under medium to heavy loads. Thanks to its low profile and Shimano Shadow+ technology, shifting is quiet and quick. Despite its slim dimensions, the derailleur accommodates a battery charging port and a wireless mode button. A single cage length option supports cassettes ranging from 11-30 to 11-34 teeth, increasing the groupset’s versatility.

FD-R8150 Di2 Front Derailleur

The Ultegra R8150 front derailleur is more compact than ever, yet incredibly efficient. Shifts between chainrings are smooth and precise in all conditions. The smaller frontal area reduces air resistance.

BT-DN300 Internal Battery

A modern battery built into the seatpost or head tube. Internal cable routing ensures a clean look and minimizes air resistance. The battery can remain in the frame while charging.

CS-R8101 Cassette

The new CS-R8101 cassette delivers faster and smoother shifting. You can shift gears even under maximum effort. The optimized tooth profile and Hyperglide+ technology ensure smooth pedaling, reducing the time needed to shift gears. The cassette is compatible with previous 11-speed Road freehubs.

Ultegra | XT Chain CN-M8100 12-speed

The CN-M8100 chain is characterized by exceptionally smooth and quiet operation (4 dB quieter). Its chrome-plated surface and SIL-TEC coating ensure a long service life even with a narrower outer width.
